5k Service Frank helped me in the past with an issue that no one else could figure out. I personally feel he listened to what I was saying because he had me an a Frank helped me in the past with an issue that no one else could figure out. I brought in our 2020 Highlander for the 5k Service and was very pleased that I got Frank as my Service Advisor. He checked for any recalls and had me in and out in no time. More

service and recall scheduling as i pulled in for my scheduled service Frank was at my door before i could get out and as best i could he had a friendly smile (wearing a mask due to as i pulled in for my scheduled service Frank was at my door before i could get out and as best i could he had a friendly smile (wearing a mask due to covid19 restrictions) and ready to get things moving. when i returned later in the day to pick my car up Frank was spot on to discuss the fuel pump recall and made sure i stayed until he found out if they had the part in house, when they didn't he jumped on getting it ordered and promptly called me when the part came in and set me up with Leah ( hope i got her name correct) and she got me on the books to get the work done.
