The ca This was my one-year Toyota Care service. I arrived on time, they met me promptly and gave me an estimate of how long the service would take. The car was ready in less time than estimated, which was obviously a plus. In addition to the service there was a complementary car wash included, a nice touch. I recently had a small amount of damage to the front of my vehicle, and while this dealership doesn't do paint and body work, I received a helpful recommendation, which was very much appreciated. I would have given five stars, but for a difficult situation that came up after I bought the car. My wife convinced me to get the extended warranty and a service contract, but after thinking about it, I decided I didn't want them. The sales pressure for me to keep them was expected and not overdone, but I wasn't given a copy of the paperwork before leaving, and it took a long time to process the cancellation. As I have noted before, I think, the buying experience was very good, not too high pressure and more transparent than at many dealerships, though I don't buy cars often, so I can't say for sure. We got a very good price on the vehicle, good enough that we bought it even though that wasn't the plan when we visited. More

We had a 5000 mile service check on our 2020 Rav4 Hybrid. Casey, our service representative, said it would take aproximately 20 minutes if we wanted to wait instead of taking the courtesy van to a local res Casey, our service representative, said it would take aproximately 20 minutes if we wanted to wait instead of taking the courtesy van to a local restruant.
