In the end I got the vehicle I wanted! I have 40 years in customer service, face to face and over the phone so I know the qualities required in that position. Never in my experience of buying a car have I had the best salesman as the one I had at Hendrick Toyota. Charley displayed active listening when I relayed everything I wanted in a car and continued to adjust my wants versus my needs as another factor would come to mind. I would recommend Charley in a heartbeat if you are looking for patience, caring, and totally involved in the process of providing you with a vehicle fit for you. More

In and Out I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told it would take 45 minutes. Horrible Finance Experience My wife and I spent way too much time waiting on the finance department after a deal was made to purchase a new 4Runner. Oscar Espinoza was rude and put no effort into discovering a lower interest rate than what was provided by Toyota. I discovered lower rates with a simple Google search. Cheat their Customers I got a preowned Scion Frs. When I was looking at the car there were no scratches on the hood of the car. When the car was delivered to me, I found fe I got a preowned Scion Frs. When I was looking at the car there were no scratches on the hood of the car. When the car was delivered to me, I found few scratches on the hood and back too. I called them and then they said that I need to come to the dealership and they will get it fixed. I went to the dealership and they buffed it a bit. But in-spite of this the scratches were still visible. So I went back to the dealership and talked to my salesperson (Tim Branson) I was dealing with. He accepted that the scratched were not there when I had looked at the car at the dealership. He said that he would talk to his manager and give me call back (which he never did). I called them again and talked on one of their managers (Stacy) who said me that she would check in the logs if I called and made the complain (this proves that these people don't trust their Customers) and will call me back and she never did. Now they are not ready to do anything about it saying it was a pre-owned car. Why should the customer pay for the damages done by them?? **So please avoid buying car from this dealership. I am going to make sure my review is posted everywhere. More
