We finally closed on a car at Hendrick, which was by far the best dealership we visited. We worked with Ben Blake to find a car that met our needs. During the test drive and walkthrough process, he let the car speak for itself rather than making a big pitch. He negotiated the price to below what we had asked, and provided a second programmed key as part of the deal. For the purchase paperwork we worked with Elias Bichara, who worked with us to do some additional paperwork specific to our situation, and got us in and out in less than an hour. More
Average I typically buy from Molle Toyota. This time Molle didn't have what I needed and my Molle salesman retired. Bummer. So I bought from Hendrick. Hen I typically buy from Molle Toyota. Hendrick gave me a fair price, but only because they had the car advertised and priced as a used base model. It was actually a used touring model that had just been traded in and had not yet been inspected. It had a not for sale sticker on it, but I put a deposit down to hold it pending inspection. Salesgirl was ok. Salesman over her was good (Jeremy). He honored the price they quoted on day 1 even after their inspection was done. Shuttle service and drivers were awesome. My initial contact with the service department was so so. The service department said the tires were only 3/32, but they were actually one year old and 9/32. Service man was kind of gruff and didn't smile. I will definitely take the car to Molle's excellent and friendly service department after the Hendrick 3 month warranty is finished. More
Unfair Practice I along with my wife came in on the Thanksgiving day to look at vehicles and mark a vehicle with silent price, we narrowed down our search to a vehicl I along with my wife came in on the Thanksgiving day to look at vehicles and mark a vehicle with silent price, we narrowed down our search to a vehicle with stock number 78312 whose discounted price was around $27,600. The next day we were called for an appointment, which started off slow as the the vehicle which we looked at was not getting pulled in the system. We went through a good negotiation process and reached a price point where i was told by one of your closer that dealership has come a long way and expecting additional price cut would be unfair as the starting price for that vehicle was $31K and after discounts they arrived at $27,500. We finalized the deal considering we spent total of 3 hours in getting this negotiated price. Once all the documents were handed over i noticed that the stock number of the car sold to me was 78312. So i do not understand why i had to spend that much time to get to the same price point which you were advertising. It seems i was pressurized to buy the vehicle as i was made to feel that you guys did worked really hard to get to that price. I feel cheated. More

The service was outstanding, thank you Toyota. Although one issue could not be replicated in shop, I was given some advice to see if I could make the brake screeching go away. Service Dept. Staff was not very friendly upon arrival. Was told I needed a loaner vehicle. It was filthy both inside & out. I received a phone call regarding what was wrong with my car & was told the technician recommended a couple other fluid lines in my car be flushed. I denied that service. When I picked my car up they were not friendly & the agent I worked with, Ken, told me to pull the loaner into the garage after I'd already parked it. He was very short with me, not friendly & never thanked me for bringing my car in (probably because my car was covered under warranty & I denied additional services that would have cost approximately $300). Disappointing! More

Going to try Olathe Toyota next time. Took my recently purchased Land Cruiser for an inspection. They went through the vehicle and let me know what was going on. I had a few concerns that were ignored that I had to ask about multiple times. My sunroof isn't working and I was told it would be 2 hours of diagnostic time just to see what's wrong. That's not acceptable. There's two or three things that could be wrong with the sunroof. I would have just fixed it if they gave me a quote. I asked for my keys to be progammed and they weren't able to. I will find a Toyota dealership that can. Lastly they told me my coolant reservoir was empty and didn't even top it off. I don't trust a dealership that won't even top off fluids. Won't be going back. More
