I needed to a new set of tires and to have my 2017 Tundra checked out and serviced. I decided to go back to Hendrick Toyota where I bought the truck as I also felt it needed an alignment. Checking out the Se checked out and serviced. I decided to go back to Hendrick Toyota where I bought the truck as I also felt it needed an alignment. Checking out the Service Staff on line, I chose to work with Kim Nigh and she was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I was even provided a loaner vehicle so I could leave the truck overnight at no charge. It was an expensive visit .... HOWEVER, I received substantial savings on the tires and my truck is now ready to hit the road again as we travel with our trailer quite a bit. I'll look forward to continuing my Tundra's care with Kim/Hendrick Service and hope that all future experiences go this well! More
Good review Maintenance service was performed Wednesday. On Thursday, I noticed the required maintenance light was still on. I drove back to the dealership whe Maintenance service was performed Wednesday. On Thursday, I noticed the required maintenance light was still on. I drove back to the dealership where a service rep was able to turn off the required maintenance light for me. I had left my ipad at the dealership on Wednesday. Jill Hart called me Wednesday night and Thursday morning to let me know she had found my ipad. So thankful for her assistance in returning it to me! More
