Poor communication from Sales Team Saw a vehicle on their website listed as "Coming Soon". Inquired immediately as it was the truck I had been searching for. Sales team member told me it was in reconditioning and seemed short in the conversation. Asked if I could come out and view/ setup an appointment to test drive. I was told it was in reconditioning and I was unable to do so. Called the next day and was told that as soon as it was available I would get a call and the opportunity to view the vehicle. Waited as I didn't want to pester the sales team. Followed up a few days later and the sales team member I was working with responded saying it sold. Pretty unprofessional, I'm sure they get a lot of business but would think if told I'd get the opportunity to purchase a vehicle that they'd at least be honest about it's availability. More

The service dept installed a set of TRD shocks and struts and performed an alignment. Despite the latter, my car still pulls to the right.
