First, the dealership was trying to get me to buy a 2019 Rav4 but I noted that it had a recall which I was told that it was a software issue. After further research, it was a low fuel pump. I have requested a copy of the inspection and documentation of the items that were fixed on the car I bought and the sales consultant has advised that the copies are still not ready. I bought the car a week ago and prior to purchase, I was informed that the inspection had been completed but a few items needed repair. It has been a frustrating experience trying to get this information. More

I purchased a used Toyota in Illinois a few months ago with no records. Arthur Malan looked up the history and informed me of the missing services that should have been done. When I told Arthur I had hydroplaned last month going to St Louis in the early snowstorm, he informed me 3 of the 4 tires were worn , probably due to alignment issues and recommended new ones due to the amount of miles I drive and the onslaught Of winter.
