Do NOT go there. My husband and I wanted to test drive a car. The sales guy insisted that he go with us. After repeatedly telling him that we weren't going to buy a car that day, he brought his manager over car. The sales guy insisted that he go with us. Went in to Henrick Toyota to get a quote for a new vehicle and value my trade-in. We could care less on the pushy salesmen, but what irritated us was that the salesmen withheld our key and would not l vehicle and value my trade-in. I've always had great service at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam. They are all friendly and anxious to get things done the way they should be.
