This is about the service department. They Didn’t do the service that I asked for. Lied to my face and won’t give me the paperwork. I’ve talked to multiple people and left a message for the service departme service that I asked for. Lied to my face and won’t give me the paperwork. It’s been two month of harassing them to just get a copy of the “Multi point inspection“ they claim they did. And if they didn’t do the service that I wanted, the very least they can do is give me a copy of that but they won’t because they didn’t do that either. Don’t come here. They are grifters and treat women like they are idiots. More

Sterling was very patient with my husband and I and listened to our needs. We went in wanting to look at Highlanders, and mentioned we were also interested in an Acura MDX.
