We have 4 cars, 2 of them are Toyotas. We've been taking our cars here for years, never had any issues. Until now! Over a week ago, I called to request a new key for my Camry. The guy in parts told me it'd be a couple of days and he'd call me when it was ready. More than a week passed and I didn't hear from him. I called today and obviously talked to someone in parts who either hates his job or has terrible customer service. He was awful from the start. He overtalked me, cut me off mid-sentence, made condescending remarks and showed no interest in assisting. I told him I was calling because I hadn't heard back and really need the replacement key. He told me they called, but didn't leave a message because they wanted to tell me face to face their key cutter doesn't work. What sense does that make? Why wouldn't you leave that on a VM?? And why wouldn't you call again if you chose not to leave a message the 1st time?? He told me to take the key somewhere else to get it cut. He kept talking about proof of ownership as if I didn't just give him all of my info and wouldn't have brought in the title and my DL when I came pick up the key. I asked when the key machine would be working and he said "I don't know." LOL, how is that for service? These are people we have spent thousands of dollars with over the years and they now have a crew who acts like this? WOW. Take your business somewhere else! These ppl are not competent nor professional enough to be working on anyone's vehicle. More
