This dealership totally screwed up my paperwork with the finance company (Toyota Financial). It has been a year and a half and Toyota Financial continues to claim that I owe them $367 for excess mileage ch finance company (Toyota Financial). It has been a year and a half and Toyota Financial continues to claim that I owe them $367 for excess mileage charges from the lease I turned in in order to purchase a new vehicle. The dealership did not follow proper protocols to ascertain the correct pay off on the lease. In the end, Toyota Financial informs me (via collection agency) that they received money from the dealership for the remaining payments I owed on the lease, but they neglected to include the excess mileage charge. This will ultimately land in small claims court and will cost all three parties to litigate the claim...a hell of a lot more than $367! This was my second experience with Superior Toyota in Merriam, Kansas...I should have learned from my first experience never to deal with them. I've definately learned my lesson now! Good luck. More
