A good friend recommended Hendrick Toyota and also recommended Randy Stendebach. After having a bad experience at Molle Toyota and having a limited amount of time to buy a car, I had high expectations recommended Randy Stendebach. I met Randy at the dealership on Labor Day, (thank goodness they were open!) and he had me driving home in my new Rav-4 in just a few hours. He made sure I had all the information I needed before making my purchase. He explained all the features of the Rav-4, and I qualified for their 72 months 0% financing offer. As a 28-year old, single female, I was very intimidated to purchase my new car on my own. Randy made me feel valued and respected at all times. He never talked down to me and was never pushy. He even asked me to come back when I got my new licensce plates so he could put them on for me, and even asked me to come back when I got my new iPhone so he could set up the blue tooth features on my Rav-4 and show me how to use them. It was comforting to know that our relationship didn't stop when I signed on the dotted line. Randy really understands customer service and bulding good relationships with customers. Hogi Brown in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with. He gave me great information about gap insurance and the extended warranty, but I don't feel like he pressured me to add them, although I did. He was very practical, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't have been happier with Hendrick Toyota, and I look forward to working with them in the future for service and purchasing my next vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone. They also have an awesome coffee bar. Big perk for me. More
2 months after having a tire rotation done at Superior Toyota (which became Hendrix), our tire blew out late at night. The lug nuts were put on so tight during that visit that we couldn't remove them wit Toyota (which became Hendrix), our tire blew out late at night. The lug nuts were put on so tight during that visit that we couldn't remove them with the Toyota issued lug wrench. A passerby had a steel pole that we placed on the lug wrench and we had to jump on the pole to loosen 3 of the lugs. On the fourth lug, the Toyota lug wrench broke. The following morning, we went to Hendrix Toyota Service department to ask how they could help us, as the degree in which they tightened the lugs left us no means to remove them. We were told to "buy a new lug wrench" and basically dismissed. The car was sitting abandoned 10 miles from our home and the dealership that contributed to our problem wouldn't give us the time of day. We'd been going to Superior Toyota for years for our service. Never, ever again will we step in that door, nor will we shop their for a new car. Everyone that I've shared this story with is simply appalled at the lack of service. A local tire shop helped us through this mess. Had us on the road within an hour (had to buy a new tire). Guess where our tire business goes from now on? More

I did not want to purchase another car, I loved the car I had but unfortunately it was 10 years old and needing some costly repairs. I looked at several dealerships (Ford, Nissan, etc.) and did not really get the type of pricing I wanted, so I ended up at Superior Toyota on Memorial day. I get extremely nervous when making large purchases like this and I have to say that everyone I dealt with at Superior was pleasant, respectful of a female buyer and went out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible. Bryan really went the distance with showing me many used and new cars, and then working with the finance department to get me a low interest rate. This was the BEST car shopping experience I've ever had from start to finish. I got a great price for my trade-in, and a great price on a new car. I also want to mention that Marco in the financing department was a pleasure to work with, he was very patient with all of my questions and concerns and never once spoke to me in a condescending tone (you would be surprised at how some dealerships treat female buyers). All in all a spectacular experience and I absolutely LOVE my new 2012 Toyota Corolla!!! More
Car was not as described. Was told: Had one scratch by fuel door. The car was covered in scratches and pits, Windshield is completely pitted. Bumper cover dinged, cracked, painted. We had a great experience buying a certified used car from Ron Shapiro. He was never pushy or overly aggressive, but rather caring and helpful. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna for my wife from Devon at Superior. I have a general distrust of car dealers and walk into any dealership with skeptical attitude. At Superior we dealt with Devon Rizk and another manager, Mr. Harris. The overall process was quick and enjoyable. Devon made the entire process smooth and hastle free. My wife does not like car dealers and hates the entire process. However, she liked Devon very much, and felt he was sincere, honest, and was trying to do right by us. My entire family (wife and three kids under the age of six) came down to close the deal and everyone was very friendly. Abbie in the finance department was great. She was friendly, up front, and moved the entire process along while still answering our questions. A final note. Although he was not our dealer, Pha Her was also very friendly, sincere, and helped out when Devon was not available. I would feel comfortable buying a car from either of these gentlemen. More

I contacted Superior Toyota about a pre-owned car they had on thier website. Devon Rizk took my initial call and he was able to track down that the car had just been put on contract with another buyer. Se had on thier website. Several days later he called me back to inform me that the deal had been cancelled and the car was available again. I live several hours away so over the phone he was able to answer specific questions about the condition of the car and about some decals I wanted removed. He was also able to give me an accurate appraisal for my trade over the phone. Most importantly, once I drove the 3 hours plus to test drive and potentially purchase, he stood 100% behind his word. His sales manager Ryan Lewis also stood behind their product by agreeing to pay for a roof tail light repair that was not noticed until I got the vehicle home. This was over $150 that other dealerships surely would not have paid for. Superior Toyota had several opportunities to try and take advantage of me but they took the high road every time. All-in-all this was a good buying experience and I recommend both Devon and Ryan to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase More
