During the test drive the salesman showed us this neat feature called a "jump seat" or what Toyota calls a Stow Seat. He explained how the dealership purchased one for the vehichle since it was used and the previous owners took it out. While we were doing the financing, the dealership cleaned our vehicle. I didn't know until 2 days later when I went to show the seat feature to my friend that the dealership had removed the seat from its cubby hole. We live 3 hours away. The dealership won't make it right and either return the seat or ship us a new one. We have been talking to sales and they continue to ignore or try to deny they did anything wrong. This seat is important, we have dogs and it helps fill the gap between the two captains chairs. Very dirty games they are playing and it really makes you wonder what else they removed or did to the vehicle when they were "cleaning it up" for us. If I could return the vehicle at this point, I would. More

Great people but extended plus coverage is limited I bought my Toyota 2 years ago. Accidentally left half gallon of milk in trunk and smell was awful. When I took it in to have it looked at they wanted I bought my Toyota 2 years ago. Accidentally left half gallon of milk in trunk and smell was awful. When I took it in to have it looked at they wanted to charge me $2,000 for power wash and ozone etc... I picked it up went to car wash removed everything and power rushed mats and hand scrubbed the entire trunk and sprayed oziun ... less than $20 to clean out and smell is gone!!! $2,000 for who??!! More

In the end I got the vehicle I wanted! I have 40 years in customer service, face to face and over the phone so I know the qualities required in that position. Never in my experience of buying a car have I had the best salesman as the one I had at Hendrick Toyota. Charley displayed active listening when I relayed everything I wanted in a car and continued to adjust my wants versus my needs as another factor would come to mind. I would recommend Charley in a heartbeat if you are looking for patience, caring, and totally involved in the process of providing you with a vehicle fit for you. More

In and Out I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told it would take 45 minutes. Horrible Finance Experience My wife and I spent way too much time waiting on the finance department after a deal was made to purchase a new 4Runner. Oscar Espinoza was rude and My wife and I spent way too much time waiting on the finance department after a deal was made to purchase a new 4Runner. Oscar Espinoza was rude and put no effort into discovering a lower interest rate than what was provided by Toyota. I discovered lower rates with a simple Google search. I've purchased many vehicles, and this was the worst experience I've had with a finance department that I can remember. More
