Again it took a long time before anyone offered to help me. And before I could get helped there were plenty of people walking around some with masks under their nose and some with masks around their neck me. I felt ignored I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my Corolla, arrived at 12:29 for a 12:40 appointment, traffic was smoother than I planned so I got there early I came in for my 6 month maintenance on my Corolla, arrived at 12:29 for a 12:40 appointment, traffic was smoother than I planned so I got there early. One employee waved me up to pull my car forward all the way and then just walked off. 2 others saw me and just walked by. It was 6 minutes before someone came over and said We'll be with you in just a moment, and then decided to help the customer behind me instead. When I picked up the car, I asked if there were any notes or recommendations, and the girl said Oh it should all be on the last page, rather than inform me of anything that was found or needed. She just kinda took my money and said have a nice day. She then instructed me to wait for the car in the garage, but someone dropped it off outside and didn't tell me, so I was waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes for no reason. Finally someone walked over and said "What are you waiting for?" I said the black Corolla, he pointed outside and said "Your cars out there." and then walked away. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no have a nice, no kiss my xxx, nothing. Not really what I expected from my visits in the past. More
