At the last minute I was told that the car I was test-driving was already sold and they offered me another one. I was in hurry and agreed. Not only the replacement was more expansive. 300 miles later I started to hear noise from the gas again and even some slight vibration on the gas pedal when I was and am beginning to drive. I have purchased a 10-year extended warranty, so I am not really worry. Nevertheless, instead of a joy car I got some kind of limon. And just as of today. for some reason after driving 200 yards the diver side door refused to get opened, no matter what I did. I had to get out via the passenger side door. I came to the dealership and after 5 -10 min in the warm environment, the door was opening again. Do not, repeat, do not buy from this dealership. If you do not personallly orchestrate your experience, you will spend 3-4 hours on paperwork...and then they get it wrong. The title comes (finally If you do not personallly orchestrate your experience, you will spend 3-4 hours on paperwork...and then they get it wrong. The title comes (finally) and is incorrect. When calling to get it straightened out, no one is EVER available and after leaving a message, they NEVER call back. Her is how to do it.... Once a price is agreed upon, leave the dealership to return only when all the paperwork is ready to sign. Make it clear that if you are asked about any add on, you will get up and leave and not return. They will probably still get it wrong and there will be littel to do about getting it right with anyone other than the general manager. Do not waste time with anyone else. More
