Arrived at 1240 for a 120 appointment and didn’t leave till 410 pm, almost 4 hrs for an oil change There was a safety recall an that had to be done but had to approach staff and fin out truck had been till 410 pm, almost 4 hrs for an oil change There was a safety recall an that had to be done but had to approach staff and fin out truck had been ready for 45 mins prior to going up to staff Then took an additional 30 mins to get truck to the front . Absolutely ridiculous and will not ever send anyone to this dealership More
