Pete the gentleman who drives the shuttle is always punctual and gets me home and picked up in a timely manner. If you have to take the shuttle make sure you ask for Pete!! More

Poor customer service I was at the dealership getting my car serviced for an oil. When I went to drop off my car, they told me it will take 1hr and 15 minutes so I decided I was at the dealership getting my car serviced for an oil. When I went to drop off my car, they told me it will take 1hr and 15 minutes so I decided to just wait. It ended up being 3 hours and I was beyond frustrated. If I hadn't enquired about it, it would have taken even longer. They kept telling me their service department got backed up. In such case, I would have expected them to inform me but they never did u until I decided to ask them after waiting for 2 hrs. When I did ask, I was told to wait another 10 minutes but even after that I ended up waiting 1 additional hr. More
