Excellent Service I visited Hendrick of Apex on Wednesday 6/21/17 for 20,000 mile service. I had scheduled an appointment for 2:15 but arrived there at 1:00. I was gr I visited Hendrick of Apex on Wednesday 6/21/17 for 20,000 mile service. I had scheduled an appointment for 2:15 but arrived there at 1:00. I was greeted by Matthew Chandler. He was professional. The work was completed within an hour. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was parked out in front waiting and ready to go. This was the best and fastest service I have received anywhere. Thank you for a great experience and excellent service. More

Great Service My service representative, Danielle, does a great job of making sure I get what I need. Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to be helpful. My service representative, Danielle, does a great job of making sure I get what I need. Everyone at the dealership bends over backwards to be helpful. At my recent service, I didn't realize that the digital speed display had been changed until I started driving. I came back and within minutes, a technician explained to me how to change the display to show the speed and then what else I could do with this feature. Also, everyone is super polite even when what I have done may not be the most convenient for them. Yesterday, I had no wait time beyond the time it took for a routine maintenance check and State inspection (less than an hour). More

175 K Miles and Still Going Strong These guys are the reason I'm able to keep this monster of a truck on the road for all of these years. I saved a bit on this last service visit as well. Their 'maintenance report' is new to me (it gets emailed directly to me while I'm waiting for the truck to get serviced so that I can plan my next service visit right then and there ; even though it's still 5000 miles before I even have to handle that next visit) I like the option to be able to plan this way, and the service advisors (this time David Spicer) deal with me honestly and openly so that I can make an informed decision about what the truck needs worked on now, and what can wait until a little bit later. Thanks guys and gals of Hendrick Toyota ! More

Unpleasant experience this time My oil change and tire rotation turned into 2 additional trips to get tire pressure light off. On 3rd visit service manager took over unfortunately 4 hours later I had to take my car into another tire place for the same problem. Out of this seven or eight times I had my car serviced for the same reason I've had to return at least once every time. No matter my alerting the severce advisor. But this is the first time the service advisor seemed to know more than I the owner and didn't seem sympathetic to my frustration I love hendrick Toyota but this is an experience to forget 😟😟 More

treated like a first time car buyer Brought my 2014 leased Avalon LXE in for 30,000 mile check (leased from Hendricks's Toyota in Apex, NC). Since lease was to end in 4 months, I wanted Brought my 2014 leased Avalon LXE in for 30,000 mile check (leased from Hendricks's Toyota in Apex, NC). Since lease was to end in 4 months, I wanted to speak with someone about options and deals for re-leasing another 2017 Avalon. They paired me with a very new associate (I think she said she had been there less than 1 month). She was pleasant, but had very little knowledge of leasing or of the cars themselves. She had me fill out paperwork, said they would appraise the 2014 Avalon) while I looked at 2017 Avalon's. She really could not answer most question about options. This took about an hr. Also looked at Rav 4's. She ended the activity, "so what car are you interested in?" then proceeded to tell me, after a hour or so that she needed my social security number to access the pay off on the current lease. Why not let me know up front that I needed my lease paperwork. I am not going to give someone my SS# just because they ask. I actually had the paperwork with me, but it irritated me so much, that I just ended the conversation. meanwhile, my car had been serviced and had been sitting in the lot, but no one called me on the cell phone to let me know it was ready. The excuse being that they knew I was with a sales person and did not want to bother me. In addition I though the $158 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and air filter was a bit pricy. I receive lots of glossy ads for "we want you 2104 Avalon and will do what it take to get you into a new car", yet I felt like they viewed me as that 1st time car buyer who they could sell to just on the excitement of a new car. I remember 3 yrs ago all the games that were played when I leased my 2014 Avalon through this dealership. I was there for over 3 1/2 hrs,.while they supposedly inspected my trade-in and ran back and forth between the sales rep and the manager playing the pricing game. Having done my research, I was able to show them lease prices from rival dealers and thank them for wasting my time. Only then did they want to deal. There are numerous Toyota dealerships in the area. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
