The car is too new to have needed any major maintenance yet, so both of my experiences are with routine maintenance, but so far everything has gone well. I decided to pay for the first few years of maintenance up front (that's an option when you buy the car), saving quite a bit of money. More

Despite the dealership calling to report my service completed, I had to wait and an inordinate amount of time to pick up my car. There were nine employees within my view in the service department wear completed, I had to wait and an inordinate amount of time to pick up my car. There were nine employees within my view in the service department wearing red shirts with name tags and only three customers; yet, I waited more than 10 minutes before checking out and receiving my car. Even then, the replaced part (cabin filter) was not in the car as promised, causing further delay. I was disappointed with this encounter. I hope you are better next time. More
