Simple Request--No Action I noticed the left rear tire was at 27PSI while the other tires were in the high 30sPSI. The next day I took the car in for 30000 service. I asked t I noticed the left rear tire was at 27PSI while the other tires were in the high 30sPSI. The next day I took the car in for 30000 service. I asked that the tires PSI be checked. NO problem. SOP-checking as part of 30,000 service. After I left (I should have checked before but I assumed), I checked the tires PSI. Well the 27psi was now located at left front tire. The other tires PSI were in the upper 30s. Were tire valves defective creating bad PSI readings., I asked? Finally five days later I checked the PSI. The difference of the PSI between the two front tires was around 8PSI. I ruled out, as a result, the possibility of a slow leak in the left front tire. I can only assume my request to check the air pressure was not done. Simple request I thought. I will take care of that PSI.problem myself as I will be certain it is done. More

I was late on my 5000 mile service due to travel and scheduling so I FINALLY scheduled it and took the car in as scheduled. I thought it was taking a little long and I realized I screwed up the dates (I thought it was on a Tuesday but wasn't really until Wednesday). They worked me in without even a fuss or even saying, hey lady you are so confused! It was awesome! I got to wait for the car and didn't have to worry about a shuttle or a Lyft ride - overall a fantastic experience that I always expect. :) More

Excellent Service. We took our Highlander in for 55k service. Brian Dean called to let me know that we needed brakes on all 4 wheels. They finished the work same day. Distress Help Rendered Thinking I needed air when my tire light came on, I immediately drove to Hendrick. Alas, I was told a nail was lodged in my tire at such a point it co Thinking I needed air when my tire light came on, I immediately drove to Hendrick. Alas, I was told a nail was lodged in my tire at such a point it could not be fixed and it was 5 minutes to closing.. The tire was inflated and I returned early the next day to need two new front tires to maintain proper car balance. The team was wonderful and performed the installation rapidly and gave me the other good tire to use for a spare. Thank you Hendrick for excellent service each time I come there. More
The Best Dealer Service Department I bought my Toyota Corolla at Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex three (3) years ago and keep coming back for all the Maintenance at specified mileage. I tru I bought my Toyota Corolla at Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex three (3) years ago and keep coming back for all the Maintenance at specified mileage. I trust their Service Department completely. Brian Flick is in charge of it all and the employees reflect his attention to Detail. I have moved so I am now over 35 miles away and putting a lot more miles on it. I have a special Assistant, Brian Dean, who always looks after my car -- I explain a problem I am having, he goes over and explains a possible solution and its cost and leaves the decision up to me!. Had an errand this time while my car was being serviced -- no problem; I was chauffeured over to get my hair done and picked up gain as soon as I called. They caught the problem when it was serviced in April. After reviewing that full service report, they notified me the problem would cause a problem in the future, so I called and go an appointment. Voila, all done - and a free car wash! Awesome! More
