I really appreciate Caitlin Lourie, she's the assistant service manager. She is patient and thinking on the customer's side! My car has a problem of refueling, coz it happened to stop if refueling my gas for only half Gallon a time! On Tuesday I drove my car to Hendrick. Caitlin suggested me to try another gas station to make sure it happened not because of the station problem to save my money. She's so nice. I thought that moment. After I tried again failed to refuel, I back to Caitlin. I know what happened afterward is out of her control. Coz the technicians took over the car. And they couldn't diagnose the same day until next afternoon. They suggested me to change a fill neck of the fuel system and I accepted. But the next day, I was told the new neck thing was broken!!!!!!!!!! And they have to reorder one. So I waited and waited, after the weenkend, On Monday late afternoon I was told they failed to change the neck thing. And they suggested to change the whole refuel system ask for 2560 dollars!!!!!!!! ......At last I paid 152 dollars for the useless diagnose and got my car the same problem back!!!!!!!!!!(Caitlin was not there that day) I don't like the advisor leader, she looked like I owed her money!! Rude! Inpatient! All in all, it was not a satisfied ending but I do appreciate what Caitlin do for me. More

I guess it was because I used their service alot and I bought two new Camry sedans 2012-2015 from them. Really enjoyed my time at the dealership for every one of my service trips there. They have wonderful amenity area with free stuff to drink and eat. They always give me a complimentary car wash, sometimes not even being asked. More

Simple Request--No Action I noticed the left rear tire was at 27PSI while the other tires were in the high 30sPSI. The next day I took the car in for 30000 service. I asked t I noticed the left rear tire was at 27PSI while the other tires were in the high 30sPSI. The next day I took the car in for 30000 service. I asked that the tires PSI be checked. NO problem. SOP-checking as part of 30,000 service. After I left (I should have checked before but I assumed), I checked the tires PSI. Well the 27psi was now located at left front tire. The other tires PSI were in the upper 30s. Were tire valves defective creating bad PSI readings., I asked? Finally five days later I checked the PSI. The difference of the PSI between the two front tires was around 8PSI. I ruled out, as a result, the possibility of a slow leak in the left front tire. I can only assume my request to check the air pressure was not done. Simple request I thought. I will take care of that PSI.problem myself as I will be certain it is done. More
