Johanna took a personal interest in the unusual problem with my car -- a strange, intermittent noise -- that I knew would be difficult to diagnose. Although they weren't able to replicate it (and for all I know, it was caused by something I picked up on the road and that became dislodged along the way after making the noises that concerned me), she gave me her card and told me to contact her immediately if it happened again. She also followed up by phone to learn if things were fine with my car. I plan to keep her card handy and take advantage of her friendly, professional approach to customer service in the future. I'd give her an even higher rating than 5 (great) if I had the opportunity. More
