2018 Toyota Highlander service I took my 18 highlander in for my 5000 mile service and also had inspection done. I was through in an hour. Great service and employees. Came back for more money I took my '16 4 runner in for the 60,000 mile service appointment. The service dept. had computer issues that day and said it would late that day befo I took my '16 4 runner in for the 60,000 mile service appointment. The service dept. had computer issues that day and said it would late that day before they got to it and offered to take $30.00 off the bill for the inconvenience. I did just that and when I picked it up they did take the 30 off. A week later they called back and wanted to charge the 30 back to my card. I was told they could not de3duct the 30 from the bill. They just lost all my business and a repeat customer. We were looking at a new Highlander for my wife but all has changed. We did buy but from another dealership. More

Well trained personnel at Hendricks leads to satisfied customers and the staff at Hendricks exceeds the qualifications of such a staff!! Great place to buy and service your vehicle!!! More
They don’t give you the service you pay for. I bought the service plan through Hendrick Toyota and they have tried to use scare tactics to get my wife to buy additional service ever time she brou I bought the service plan through Hendrick Toyota and they have tried to use scare tactics to get my wife to buy additional service ever time she brought her vehicle in for service. I had the service they advised was needed done and the next visit they advised the same service still needed to be done when you could see it had been completed. They recommended that items be changed during a visit that would be changed free under contract on the next visit. The owners manual states that the engine coolant needs to be changed at 100000 miles and they told my wife they would do it for $161.00, it should have been done for free under contract. The battery died a couple of days after a visit, which they test the battery on each visit. I replaced the battery and at ever visit after that they say my battery Fails the battery test. I will never buy anything from Henpeck Toyota again!!! More
Customer does come first I brought in my 2016 Highlander because the step running boards were coming off. HENDRICKS TOYOTA had installed them about a year ago. They came clea I brought in my 2016 Highlander because the step running boards were coming off. HENDRICKS TOYOTA had installed them about a year ago. They came clean and told me that they were installed incorrectly. They gave me a 2018 Highlander to drive while their body shop checked for any body damage and they installed new running boards. I would have rather not have had this experience to begin with but HENDRICKS Toyota made it as pleasant as possible. My customer service representative was awesome. More

My appointment was for 9:40 on Tues. 7/10, I was there at 9:30 to make sure I would be on time. I checked in with Danielle and she advised me to have the tires rotated as well. I did, and for a oil change and tire rotation to take 2 hours is completely unacceptable. I assure you, I will think twice the next time I get my car serviced. More
