Did not get requested oil change Brought new Highlander Hybrid (with 6000 miles on it---we had bee on very long road trip, otherwise it would have been brought in at 5000 miles) last Brought new Highlander Hybrid (with 6000 miles on it---we had bee on very long road trip, otherwise it would have been brought in at 5000 miles) last week in to Hendrick, where I had purchased it, for tire rotation (covered) and oil change (which I intended to pay for). Had specified the services both when I made online appt., and to service rep when I dropped car off. When I picked car up, found tire rotation had been done, but not oil change. Service rep said you really don't need oil change until car has 10000 miles on it. I WANT MY OIL CHANGED EVERY 5000 MILES, and will pay for the extra oil changes as I always have. You need to train your service reps to respond to CUSTOMER'S service wishes, and not to decide, unilaterally, what service the customer should or should not get. I traded in our 2006 Highlander Hybrid, with 220000 on it, when I purchased the new Highlander Hybrid. The 2006 was still in perfect operating condition! I always had the oil changed at 5000 mile intervals. More

I was out dropping off hurricane Florence donations for a local animal rescue and stopped by to set up an appointment for service on my Sequoia since I was out dropping off hurricane Florence donations for a local animal rescue and stopped by to set up an appointment for service on my Sequoia since I was passing by them. The big red triangle reminder was glaring in my face for days while I was driving supplies to storm damaged towns! The service department was like "let us take it in now and get you back on the road". They gave me a loaner so I could continue making pickups and deliveries and kept me updated on the status. Great service team! Good people! More
Bait and Switch Was quoted one price on the phone, got to the dealership after driving 45min and waiting for another 30 just to be told there was a “mix up” in stoc Was quoted one price on the phone, got to the dealership after driving 45min and waiting for another 30 just to be told there was a “mix up” in stock numbers and the car I wanted was $1500 more. They were unwilling to keep their word. Manager didn’t even apologize for their mistake on my way out the door. I’ll never get those three hours back...I guess I’ll buy my 5th Toyota in 5 years from somewhere else. More

Time taken to do the work was two and a half hours which was what I was told on arrival.Actually the time went relatively quickly spent in comfortable waiting area.Good supply of snacks and drinks to help the waiting go smoothly.All facilities and departments vey clean with plenty of lighting. Such a difference! In past years I had to use a dealership in Auto park Cary because of the two year warranty after purchasing a vehicle from them. I didn't even use my last fee oil change because $60 is not worth spending a whole day frustrated. Brian at Apex was awesome. I used the shuttle home and back and they went around my schedule!!!
