I’ve taken my car for routine service twice now and both times have been fantastic. I took my RAV4 in on Thursday for an oil change and my advisor was amazing. I love how someone comes up to my car and gets my information, then I get an advisor who is usually super friendly and helpful. I only waited 45 minutes when they’d Predicted an hour. The waiting room was very spacious. It also Had an extensive coffee station and snacks. is brought my IPad thinking I’d be there a while but I ended up just watching the big screen TV they had on. It went by so fast! My advisor was so friendly and helpful. When I got in my car it was already running and the heat was on because it was 35 degrees outside! I love love LOVE this place. More
