Great Service & Great Service Assistant! My car was due for State Inspection and I wanted the recommended service plus tires rotated. I had received notice an additional service at 45,000 mi My car was due for State Inspection and I wanted the recommended service plus tires rotated. I had received notice an additional service at 45,000 miles was coming up. I called Brian Dean, told him about the service I needed, and made an appointment convenient for me. Done. Arrived and Brian met me, I handed over my keys and all was completed in an hour! Bought the car here, love it and the Service department is great; knowledgeable and friendly -- but Brian Dean is the one who makes it all happen for me! He always makes sure that every service I told him I thought it needed was completed; and, as happened, was not needed, it wasn't done. He really looks out for me and my car! In the past, he has told me if he thought something else should be completed; like time for new tires! Trust him! More
