15000 service of my 2015 Corolla went great! I arrived on time at 7:15 A.M. and was promptly greeted, my car was taken, and I headed straight to the coffee dispenser. GOOD SERVICE BUT LACKING For the last two visits the advisors denied approval for published discounts. The discounts were very small but the advisors stood their ground. The discount was not honored the first visit but the service director corrected it by offering me discounts for future visits. I appreciate how he addressed and resolved the issue but on the second most recent visit, the advisor disapproved the service directors' discount until I asked to speak to the line service manager. I always feel like I'm going to have to fight for them to honor their published prices whenever I go there. That's unfortunate because I like the work that they do and the atmosphere of the service department. More
