15000 service of my 2015 Corolla went great! I arrived on time at 7:15 A.M. and was promptly greeted, my car was taken, and I headed straight to the coffee dispenser. In the waiting area I watc I arrived on time at 7:15 A.M. and was promptly greeted, my car was taken, and I headed straight to the coffee dispenser. In the waiting area I watched a few minutes of news before opening my Ipad to do some work. Before I could get logged on to their WiFi, my car, serviced and washed, was ready to go. As usual, everyone was cordial and helpful. I was back home before 8:00 A.M. More

Quick efficient service + refreshments and car wash My car was taken at appointed time. I had fresh coffee and muffins provide in the waiting room which was very comfortable. No surprises on check out My car was taken at appointed time. I had fresh coffee and muffins provide in the waiting room which was very comfortable. GOOD SERVICE BUT LACKING For the last two visits the advisors denied approval for published discounts. The discounts were very small but the advisors stood their ground. The discount was not honored the first visit but the service director corrected it by offering me discounts for future visits. I appreciate how he addressed and resolved the issue but on the second most recent visit, the advisor disapproved the service directors' discount until I asked to speak to the line service manager. I always feel like I'm going to have to fight for them to honor their published prices whenever I go there. That's unfortunate because I like the work that they do and the atmosphere of the service department. More
