Inconsistent information from service team Service team gives inconsistent information. I purchased my vehicle in 2013 and had taken it in to Hendrick for all scheduled maintenance. Once the Service team gives inconsistent information. I purchased my vehicle in 2013 and had taken it in to Hendrick for all scheduled maintenance. Once the free oil changes that came with it expired after 2 years, I looked into the option to purchase multiple oil changes at once and get them at a discount. At that time I was told they used a synthetic blend for the basic oil change. I had been told that more than once and continued taking my vehicle there because I felt there was value for the extra costs. I found out yesterday, they do not use a synthetic blend. Also, I was told 4 months ago that my brakes were going to need to be replaced soon. They said they recommend replacing the rotors rather than having them turned and it's only 100 more. Yesterday I was told they recommended replacing the pads (like before), but said turning the rotors was a better choice (and it was 200 cheaper). not sure what to think of inconsistent service. I have no confidence what I am told is accurate or not or if I did the best thing. More

But I am rating Hendricks lower because of their system not recognizing previous visits that service was provided, let me explain more. Most items on scheduled 35K mile service was actually completed on previous service but their systems did not recognize that those services were completed so I received a text stating what was recommended along with costs of each with option to agree or not to have done. I purchased this vehicle from this dealer & all service to it has been completed by them except the repair of one tire, and in my opinion their system should recognize what has been completed prior and not come back to me with recommendations that are not needed. Was this an honest mistake or another chance to make extra money on an unsuspecting soul? More

Great Customer Service! I came in to the Hendrick Toyota of Apex yesterday, March 14, 2018 for service, and was assisted by Brian Needham. What a nice young man. I was extremely impressed with his customer service skills. Not only did he help me with my service needs, but he also took time out to answer all my questions, as well as explain how to use the controls on my new 2018 Toyota Camry. If Brian Needham is an indication of the type of service that I will receive in the Service Department, I am looking forward to doing business at Hendrick Toyota of Apex. Terrible service and Decieving On 3/4/18, I dropped of my Toyota Corolla to the Apex Toyota dealership to try and fix an oil leak issue. The next day, They provided a list of things On 3/4/18, I dropped of my Toyota Corolla to the Apex Toyota dealership to try and fix an oil leak issue. The next day, They provided a list of things that needed to be fixed in order to stop the oil leak. The total cost for these repairs was $997.68. I agreed and paid this amount. On 3/7/18 they called me back and told me that they repaired everything and everything was back to normal. They told me I was clear to take my car back home with a 12 month warranty for any more issues I may have in the future. After I took my car home, I noticed that my car was still leaking oil in the same place as before. It seems as if they never fixed anything in the first place. I took pictures of the size of the puddle before and after that was on the ground. The oil spills were the same size and same spot. On 3/9/18, I drove this car back to the dealership and showed them the pictures and explained what happened. They said they would inspect it again. On the same day, around 2 PM, their representative called me and told me they need to charge me again to fix this issue, this is when I requested to speak to Amber, their manager. I asked since I have 12 months warranty on this repair, why do I have to pay for the same repairs again. Amber told me that the car was not cleaned well enough to find the real problem that caused this issue initially. This does not make any sense since they shouldn't have charged me 900+ dollars to repair nothing. They are supposed to be professionals at their job. They cleared me and told me that I was allowed to take my car back home and everything was fixed , guaranteeing me that there were no longer anymore issues. She told me that I still have to pay more to fix the same issue initially. Since they didn't solve the problem initially, I do not trust their services and they are not professional. Nothing has changed since their service and my payment. I do not recommend this place. More
