A different Service Manager totally ignored what I had requested, but with Brian Dean I know everything will be done as I want. I discussed a problem that showed up and he made sure it was looked at. The car was in for its regular servicing, so before doing anything more, he came into the waiting room and discussed what would correct the above problem and what it would cost to do so. Fantastic! I agreed with it and that is why I will continue to bring my car there for servicing. More
Too many hands in the pot spoil the the stew! I called the dealership on a 3/30/18 Friday night to ask if I could drop off my car for routine service the next day(rotate tires and check fluid lev I called the dealership on a 3/30/18 Friday night to ask if I could drop off my car for routine service the next day(rotate tires and check fluid level). The man(with a heavy accent) immediately curtly said mam if you bring your car in tonight no one will look at it till Monday. We are booked tomorrow and closed Sunday for the holiday. I said ok. No problem when can I come and he starts to say Monday at 3:5..then says oh I just got an opening at 8:25 in the morning. So I said great I'll bring it over. Nice guy meets me in the bay sets it all up and said we should have it ready before lunch.(I am thinking that is a long time but ok maybe it's the Disney the technique tell them longer and it won't really take that long so you are happy. I explicitly said I would like my car washed while you have it...nothing big just run it through. (service tag 160 placed on car). So he calls me when I get home in regards to who holds my long term warranty. He called again at 9am the next day to say all is good on the warranty and the car will be ready before lunch and he will call when ready. 11:40 and 11:48 I call him and get VM with no return call so at 12:I0 I call main service dept. and miraculously the woman tells me the car has just been finished. I arrive at dealership 12:30 female says they will have your car right out(no other cars in the bay). I said was it washed? She said it should be I see it on your intake request .They wash them at start of service but I will call them and I listed to her radio them. At 12:50 they finally bring car up and NO WASH! Guy says oh I am sorry I will be right back. And 3 minutes later my clean car was ready. (He gets an A+) So I think I am good for 6 months right ? I will have mental recovery time but oh no the next day the maintenance required light comes on. I follow instructions in manual and it doesn't turn off so I have to go back. And it took 2 techs in the bay to get the light to turn off so it wasn't just me. And it shouldn't have happened in the first place! More
Paper work incorrect The service was quick and efficient, but the paperwork was incorrectly filled out. Excellent and Professional Service I was attended to with a sense of urgency and concern for my satisfaction from the moment I drove up to the Service Bays. Brian and the techs that wo I was attended to with a sense of urgency and concern for my satisfaction from the moment I drove up to the Service Bays. Brian and the techs that worked on my truck jumped through hoops to get my work completed on super short notice. I don’t normally have an appreciation for dealerships and their quality of service but I do now with Hendrick’s Toyota Service Department. More

Service is always the best Great experience at this dealership. My personal service writer is Brian Deans. He is always courteous; thoughtful; and respectful. At some dealers in the past I mostly walked away thinking I was "taken". Not here! I always feel I get the best attention and my money's worth. You can't go wrong taking your car here for service.
