Went to buy a 2017 prime. Contacted salesman and he wanted me there that night and did not even have car on lot. Saw prius prime next day it was covered with plastic that had mold between it and paint. wanted me there that night and did not even have car on lot. There was also damage of curb running on the front left side which the salesman said that's what u get with a used vehicle. I was trading in a 2014 honda exl with 34500 miles on it. Always garaged.. he gave it the 2nd rating on kbb.. why there was absolutely no damage on that car.!.I wanted a ev so I wanted to trade. I have a civic I run ard town in. I dont even take the accord out when it rains. Then they deduct close to 400 from the ridiculous trade in value to get it ready for lot.. I bet they rinsed it off and that was that. Anyway they asked me how many keys I had I said 2.. the extended warranty guy said the manuals were in the car. And Monday morning he would call state farm and clear everything up with them. Monday I go to get car and saw when they took off plastic a m&m sized piece of paint came off the hood front of car.. looked in the glove box and no manuals.. was getting in car and asked where paperwork to show this was my car and he ran in and got a thumb drive. Then I asked where 2nd key was and he said there wasn't one. I told him it was enough all the other stuff but if they would have told me about the key it would have been a deal breaker.. gosh I was upset. 300 dollars for a key too!!! Tuesday I call my insurance and they had not called my insurance.. called twice and left messages for the warranty guy to call me and he never returned my calls.Salesman called me and said they think they have a second key..mailed on thurs its monday and still waiting on it. Hate to use touch up paint on hood especially.. the fender..the paint ..the manuals..the key ..not clean..and not even charged up electric can you believe it? And still their price remained too high. I should have listened to to the alarms going off in my head. If you dont have ever little question written down even the obvious do not buy a car from them .buyer beware! All I can say to the good is the salesman at least tried to help me after the sale. More
