We were lied to about specs, mocked for wanting to read a contract and rushed to close before the last day of the month with a text message telling us to hurry up. We received a car that wasn’t ready with what we agreed upon and delivered with what looked like stains on the seat after detailing with a side of what looked like bbq sauce on the paint. Our sales agent alstin even talked poorly of other customers to other team members in front of us. If they were difficult and he didn’t like you the whole store knows about it. Nice to your face but you're the joke in the back type of dealership. At the end of the conversation Alstin told us they are okay if we don't do business with them and we can go somewhere else. I didn't know he made that kind of decision for the dealership especially towards a repeating customer We were told from him after explaining we didn’t want him to ruin our relationship with this dealership that management knew of our concern and yet no one reached out. More

Left a review in September about how I had told them I did not want an extended warranty and they snuck it in the paperwork any. Several weeks later and the warranty has not been refunded or canceled and my phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. I am very disappointed that this is the way they do business. More

Brian Need I did truly have an exceptional experience at Hendrick Toyota. I had lost all keys for my vehicle and needed to tow it to Hendrick Toyota. Brian Needham was my advisor and was great from the first phone call to delivering the vehicle with new keys. I decided to have two new keys programmed and also have the routine maintenance done as well. I would like to say that the service communication was excellent as I was able to text questions while I was at work. We were able to get a complimentary rental vehicle with this service as well as we had to wait for the key fobs to arrive. Great job Hendrick Toyota! See you again in 5,000 miles! More
