They easily accommodated our needs and were able to quickly process the features we desired on the 4Runner. I appreciate how communicative everyone was with us. The day we arrived, Brandon Edmundson went above and beyond in helping us with the purchase of our new Toyota 4Runner. We flew in to Raleigh, NC after a 12 hour red-eye flight from our vacation and he picked us up from the airport and took us directly to the Hendrick Toyota Apex dealer so we could start processing our new car purchase. He was a joy to chat with about the city since we were brand new to the area. Brandon answered all our questions, had helpful insight and made us feel very welcome. Everyone we spoke with at the dealer was friendly, informative and so welcoming. We even chatted with someone from our part of town in CA! He really helped us feel welcome. We learned a lot chatting with everyone about the new community we were moving to that weekend. On a hot day, Brandon personally loaded up ALL our huge suitcases from the car he picked us up in to our new car to help expedite the process. We were exhausted after so much travel and his thoughtfulness meant so much and made our experience a smoother process. He helped us get situated and showed us how to set things up in the new car and was great at making sure we knew how to use all its features. He was helpful in getting our emergency services set up and also our Sirius XM trial. He made it clear that he is available to us at any time with any questions about the car or the dealer. I am thankful to have him as a resource!! We will definitely contact him in the future when we are ready to buy a second car! More
