While I was traveling back to the United States from overseas Ashley worked with me from halfway across the world to find a vehicle. She made the whole process exceptionally easy by taking a down payment to reserve my selection, help figure out monthly payments, and was able to time the delivery of the vehicle for my family and I to pick up the day after we returned to the U.S. I have never had a sales representative so effortlessly provide such fantastic assistance on any vehicle purchase, especially not with a 13-hour time difference. In addition to Ms. Kurtzman's excellent work, the Kyle John in finance was also incredibly polite, helpful, and most importantly was transparent about all the costs associated with purchasing the vehicle. Kyle also thoroughly explained the various maintenance coverage packages and compiled specific coverage to my liking.
