It's all the little things We have had our Subaru for 10 years and we love, love love this dealership's service dept. They always get us in quick. They have a super easy text op We have had our Subaru for 10 years and we love, love love this dealership's service dept. They always get us in quick. They have a super easy text option for updates or questions on our car's service. A few times they've fixed little repairs with no charge. The service wait room is comfy, with free fancy coffe/tea drinks and snacks. Cubicles, too if you need to work. More

It's been many years since I bought a new car and worried about the press I found the salespeople very attentive & helpful, without being overbearing. It's been many years since I bought a new car and worried about the pressure of a dealership, but found them fair & accommodating. They also seemed happy to work in team fashion with their own new people, helping out if there were questions and the like, which definitely helps the "vibe" of a place feel positive and family-like, rather than competitive. I also appreciated getting to talk openly and honestly about a competitor's car with one of the salespeople who had also previously considered it for themselves. It was helpful and validating. I did several test drives (which were all fun), did not feel rushed, felt respected and my concerns listened to, and had a very pleasant experience all around. The experience was actually pretty fun.
