Ken was a nice enough fellow but he did not ask any questions about our needs. He made some very incorrect assumptions about our ability to buy and showed us low end cars without ever asking what our questions about our needs. He spent the first 30 minutes of the discussion taking us on a tour of the dealership which was a total waste of my time. It felt like he was trying to sell the dealership more than trying to sell a car. I don't care that they serve coffee at their waiting area...my objective is to spend NO time in that place after I buy a car. We went to Molle Audi the next day and purchased a $40,000 car that Ken apparently felt that we were not qualified for. More
My wife and I were looking to purchase a Lexus but having never bought one didnt know what exactly we were looking for. We called ahead of time and indicated that we would like to see used cars under $32000 never bought one didnt know what exactly we were looking for. We called ahead of time and indicated that we would like to see used cars under $32000 and would also like to test drive a ct200h because of an attractive advertised lease rate. The salesperson suggested we set aside 2 hours of our time and we agreed on a time. After testing an IS 250 and a ct200h we asked to see a slightly older es and possibly a small suv. We told our salesman, at the beginning, that we were in the initial process of deciding what car my wife wanted to drive. After seeing the CT we were told that he would not show us additional vehicles because his manager felt we were " all over the place". We left and went to another dealership, Superior Lexus, which was happy to work with us. Overall it was a bad experience. More
Pam Swail found the car with all my requirements on the ship. She grabbed it for me so no special order needed. The training done by Joy was great. It took over three hours for them to get me sale price on a new car, I'm 73 years old I have better things to do then sit and wait for someone to keep playing games with me on prices, I called several deale a new car, I'm 73 years old I have better things to do then sit and wait for someone to keep playing games with me on prices, I called several dealers and got a price on the same car, Superior Lexus phone in dept was Totally worthless, No one could get me a price without comimg in, So i get there and waste hours to get a price thousands of dollars higher then Antwhere else, Then I feel that I got Jived by someone who said he was a sales manager, Its hard to believe that man could represent a Lexus store, I will not return, They don't care about anything but getting you to come in and waste your time, More

Let me state this clearly, I enjoy the Lexus brand, the Lexus level of service and attention, as well as the delivery of a new Lexus automobile. I already own a Lexus, and am shopping for a new GS. I have dealt with Pam Swail in the past and, quite frankly, she is the only person I intend to deal with. Nothing against the other sales associates there, but Pam is so low pressure and makes the car buying process a joy instead of a chore. She will work hard with you as she has with me and several other Doctors that I have referred to Superior Lexus. They too have also enjoyed her personality, laid-back demeanor, and hard work at finding us exactly what we need. The dealership itself, I believe, is going to relocate to a new dealership next year. Thank goodness. This is a dinosaur of dealerships from the aspect that it's cramped and small. Thank you Pam, and thank you too Mr. Humbert (GM), for your wonderful attention to every need I've ever had. More
This service department is irresponsible; overlooks obvious problems; creates more problems because of their inability to outperform; and makes excuses when called out on it. When you have a problem they will try to squeeze every dime in their direction. They are very unprofessional in the fact that they don't remember who is the customer and who is paying the bill. Their belief is "if we make a mistake were human". While this may be true can you really trust a dealership that believes this, I mean when you travel abroad are you gonna say " it's okay, their human I forgive them while you are sitting on the side of the road in the desert. I will forever due to the irresponsible nature of this service department and lack of action to make the customer happy following a bad experience not take my Lexus back to this dealership. I have not exaggerated this review; this really happened. More

We visited Superior Lexus South for service and came home with a newer car! While our service was being done, we went to the showroom and saw Steve Graham (who sold my parents a car a little over a year ago with a newer car! While our service was being done, we went to the showroom and saw Steve Graham (who sold my parents a car a little over a year ago)and started visiting with him. Long story short, we decided to trade in our 2007 RX on a 2009 RX. Mr. Graham was great to work with and never once did we feel we were dealing with a "car salesman". We felt he really had our best interest in mind and he gave honest straight-forward answers. We certainly appreciated his assistance and will definitely deal with him the next time we come for service and end up buying a car! :) More
