Always very satisfied with service from Brian Veal at Hendrick Lexus. We have had 7 Lexus automobiles and we love them.
They are always helpful keeping track of your vehicle service and what is needed. You can request a loaner which is always helpful.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. They have knowledgeable staff and technicians. They provide reliable service.
Service requirements were reviewed with my advisor Brian Veal then followed up with a complete vehicle inspection by the service technician. Only items agreed by me are performed. Everyone is very easy to work with.
