My experience at Hendrick Lexus Merriam, KS has always been positive. Ramon Conway is my Service Advisor. He and his team are very proficient in notifying me of what needs to be done and how to priorit been positive. Ramon Conway is my Service Advisor. He and his team are very proficient in notifying me of what needs to be done and how to prioritize if needed. I always find some irresistible snack in the very nice waiting and dining area. This is my third Lexus and I am enjoying this one as well. Recently I picked up a screw in my tire and after a AAA call, I immediately drove to the dealership. I had a replacement in a very short period of time and was on my way home. More
