Let's face it... The only enjoyable part of buying a new car is the new car smell as you drive home, right? Wrong. At least it's wrong if you're buying a new car from Superior Lexus. First, the staff at Superior Lexas is highly, highly professional. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove home in my new ES-350, I was treated with the utmost respect. I never felt like extras or unneeded add-ons were being forced upon me. My salesperson helped me find the car that was right for me. After choosing my car, the paperwork process was as painless as I have ever experienced. Before driving away, a wonderful member of the Superior Lexus team (I forget her name...) walked me through every knob, dial, button and gadget on my new car. I did not leave wondering to myself, "Now what does this thing do?". Of course, a dealship should also be judged upon the service provided after the sale. There is no dealership that compares to Superior Lexus. I have driven many makes and models of cars, and I almost always have them serviced by the dealership. Superior Lexus delivers the best service after the sale, the best attention to detail, AND the best service after the service, as they always make sure all of my needs were met with a follow-up call and e-mail. More
I am driving my first Lexus and my husband is driving number three or four. I wish I could give management, finance, accounting, sales, parts dept. marketing and servic dept. a 10 point rating. Whenever I have to deal with any of the above departments, the service is awesome!!!! Everyone is professional, friendly and respectful. I can not tell you how much I appreciat their generosity. They don't just take from the community, they also give back. The employees at Superior Lexus have hearts of gold!!!!! I can't leave out the people who answer the phone when I call to make an appointment. They are always friendly and professional. Also, Lucy OHarie is the lady who keeps everything clean around the dealership. She always speak and ask about my health whenever I take my car in for service. She is a sweetie pie. I can't say enough good things about Tabby Teufler and Phil Humbert. They are wonderful people. Tabby has always taken care of our problems or she takes us to the person who can help us. Mr. Humbert is a very busy man but he always take time to speak to me. He cares about our community and does what he can to help others. I feel very blessed to know the people at Superior Lexus. More

We priced two other dealers in the St. Louis area, but found the price at Superior, in a word, was SUPERIOR. More

Very professional and attentive. Excellent knowledge of their car models, options and features. We bought the car from Chris Nottage and it absolutely a plesant experience. This is the third Lexus we hav their car models, options and features. We bought the car from Chris Nottage and it absolutely a plesant experience. This is the third Lexus we have owned, a 1998 GS400, a 2002 GS300 and now a 2011 RX350. We still own the 2002 and I wish we had kept the 1998. We have never had any maintenance issues with any of our cars and have only spent money on wear and tear items like tires, oil, windshield wipers, brakes in addition to normal scheduled maintenance. More
Superior Lexus is just a great, customer friendly, dealership. They really want your business and go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. This is my 4th RX and 3rd hybrid model. All were purchased from Superior. I have owned Mercedes and Volvos, when I first began driving nicer cars. The Lexus has been a no-brainer. The dealership is fantastic. When considering new cars, my default was to look at something else, probably the Ford Edge, possibly Acura XDX. My most likely move was to buy the 2008 400H at the end of the lease (next month). When I went to the dealership to begin the process of buying 2008 at end of lease, my sales professional was able to sell me a new one on the spot. This absolutely would not have happened with any other make of car or with any other dealership. Because of the routine "no problem" experience, since leasing my 1st Lexus about 8 years ago, it wasn't a hard decision to make. Kudos More

The staff makes us feel so welcome - they address us by name and never fail to come over and greet us. They have made us feel like good friends instead of just customers. When we pick up our cars the presenter goes over its usage until we are confident about operating the vehicle. The presenter also makes it clear to us that they are available, even after the car is driven off the lot. Our experiences with Superior Lexus have been so positive that we have returned over and over to purchase a total of 7 cars. Each time the experience was very pleasant. We appreciate our salesman, J. C. Cobbins, and value his knowledge of the Lexus car and his dealership. Each staff member completed their task and made us very happy.
