The staff makes us feel so welcome - they address us by name and never fail to come over and greet us. They have made us feel like good friends instead of just customers. When we pick up our cars the presenter goes over its usage until we are confident about operating the vehicle. The presenter also makes it clear to us that they are available, even after the car is driven off the lot. Our experiences with Superior Lexus have been so positive that we have returned over and over to purchase a total of 7 cars. Each time the experience was very pleasant. We appreciate our salesman, J. We had an excellent experience from the time we drove up and were greeted out of our car, to the end of the sale. The entire staff from the lady that installed our car seat all the way up to the general man and were greeted out of our car, to the end of the sale. The entire staff from the lady that installed our car seat all the way up to the general manager were nothing short of professional and courteous. After searching for several weeks to find a specific pre-owned car we thought we had found the perfect one in Oklahoma City. We were assured by the sales manager at the dealership that the car was in pristine condition. We took our 3 children, including our infant daughter, and drove 5 hours to go pick it up only to find that they had not been honest with us. How disappointing! After that we spoke to someone at Superior Lexus and they told us that not only could they find us the car that we wanted but they would have it shipped here for us! WOW, what a difference!! We LOVE our new car. Thank you for everything that you have done for us, and for such a great experience. We truly value being a part of the Lexus family but more importantly the Superior family. More
