I have found the service department a little pricey but they are excellent. Willie is the contact and he is efficient and always has the paperwork ready to go when I arrive along with the loaner while my car is there. Willie always calls to let me know of any problem and give me alternates to fix the issue. When I come to pick the car up, I get a free car wash!! I often talk to Tom Trillin in the sales department and can pretty well tell me about any issue I am having or how to use some feature on the car I did not know existed. He went beyond the call of duty when I recently moved to calibrate the built-in garage door opener to coordinate it with my new garage door. Tom often gives me a heads up on things involving the car. Amazed at his knowledge. More

No information given, played games and wasted my time. I saw a car online that I was interested in. I sent a request online to receive more information, and an internet specialist contacted me. I had specific questions regarding the car such as how much tire tread was left as well as brake pad thickness. Since the car was certified, all of this information should have been readily available to the internet sales assoc. They then told me that a "specialist" would contact me. The specialist contacted me, as well as the general manager Moe Warraich, stating that they would contact me with the additional information. When I asked to see pictures, etc, they started playing games stating that they sent the information. I was actually not getting any emails from them regarding this information from Jon Catt nor Moe. And I found out the real reason why, they were more interested in selling to another person since the car sold within a few days. Emails sent to the general manager Moe Warraich have been unanswered. In my opinion, since they ignored my simple requests, as well as played games, I wouldn't trust them with a car purchase. If one actually had a real problem with a car purchase, I highly doubt they would actually help. Based on my experience, they would just ignore emails and play the whole "oh I sent you the email" game. More

After reading of more than numerous complaints from Lexus owners with the same complaint I brought the car in to see what the situation was. Foolish me. This is the third RX I have owned. When I purchased the first one, the service was just what was advertised: relentless pursuit of perfection. I was taken to the shop and a mechanic informed me that this was the best place to work and that Lexus really stood behind their product. The second RX I purchased it was clear that the service side of Lexus had gone down hill. It was still a cut above a typical American manufactured car, but it was obvious that the attitudes and the professionalism that stood behind the name of Lexus, had been down graded. By the third RX, I might as well been shopping at any typical American car dealership. They made several errors before I picked the car up. When I arrived at the appointed time the car had not even been prepared, so I as a customer of relentless pursuit of perfection had to wait over an hour, to begin the process. Yep downhill all the way. When I brought the car in for the paint chips I really hoped that the original statement that Lexus stood behind their product still held. What an absolute joke. I might as well bought the car from Big John’s used car sales. “No they have never heard of this before”. Even though the internet is full of complaints of the paint not adhering to the plastic grill. They would be happy to provide me an estimate of what it would cost to fix the crappy job that should have been done right the first time. I was then told it was chips from wear and tear. Isn’t it amazing. Three of the same cars, over a course of 10 plus years, drove the same roads, each car was treated the same, and yet lo and behold this one looks like a severe case of smallpox, but it is my fault. Yep, last Lexus I will ever own. So very disappointed. I really bought into your marketing ploy. Sad for me. Add insult to injury. “ If you think you can’t you won’t, If you think you can, you will, we can we will. This slogan makes a pretty picture but it is a crock. I will make sure everyone I come in contact with realizes Lexus IS not what it used to be and they need to shop on down the road. More

No test drive, no showing of the vehicle, nothing. Then they stated Capital one approved me but was asking for 6-10 thousand down. I left, went to another dealership, and was approved through Capital one for a newer car with less miles, decent interest rate, and only 1,500 down. I've never been treated like this at a dealership, what a waste of time, I wish I could've given 0 stars! 👎👎👎👎👎 More

Don't service your Lexus at Hendrick I brought my Lexus in for some maintenance work and had to leave it for a couple of days. I later got a phone call and was told the car needed several additional services. Rather than pay the dealership's mark up I took it to another shop I have used in the past to service my car. While at this shop they showed me that 3 of the services that Hendrick recommended were bogus. I was told these guys are on commision. I will be buying new RX in about a year and rest assured it won't be from Hendrick. More
Stay away! Unethical dealership Buyers beware! Stay away! Many of the old and trusted management crew is gone, due to unethical practices of this dealership. I bought 4 vehicles from Buyers beware! Stay away! Many of the old and trusted management crew is gone, due to unethical practices of this dealership. I bought 4 vehicles from them in the past several years, but several weeks ago was treated like dirt by multiple sales managers including (Bryan Exposito, Lamar Creenshaw, and general manager Nick Karras). We agreed to a purchase price of the vehicle, I got financing in place, and then in the show room during the delivery of the vehicle Lamar Creenshaw tried to change the purchase price by $185. This is how much they value repeated customers! We are talking about $185 on a $24k car. When I showed Lamar Creenshaw the signed purchase order which was approved by the general manager Nick Karras (and which proved that my price is accurate), he started arguing with me in front of my family, told me that I can either take his new price or leave the dealership. Lamar Creenshaw started getting into my face over $185. Purchase order is a written contract when accepted by both parties in writing, and not honoring the contract is in a direct violation of the FTC policy. It is a sale, negotiation and acceptance! Period. This is why laws exist! Do not buy cars from here! More
