Wow! Phenominal service! So I brought my car in for routine service last week, this is the second time I have taken my car there for service and frankly, have been blown away So I brought my car in for routine service last week, this is the second time I have taken my car there for service and frankly, have been blown away by how great their service department is. I bought this car 6 months ago and had to take it in twice for routine services because I do drive a LOT of miles, But the speed of check out, the communication, the cleaning of my dirty car, {sorry bout how dirty it was} the repairs that were done, was GREAT! I used to be a mechanic, I can spot when someone doesn't put parts back together correctly and that really annoys me, but this service dept really does a great job! They had to repair something in my dash, and frankly, they did a GREAT job, I am very happy I purchased my car from them, the whole experience has been great, much better then what I had experienced in the past from other dealerships. I will highly recommend both buying and servicing a car from them, and I plan to do more business with them in the future. My service writer was Brian Veal and the mechanic was Phillip Jackson, there were other people who I interacted with but sorry, I don't know names of the other employees in the service department but everyone there had a real team effort in how they do business and I really apricate it! Awesome used car purchase experience. It was a pleasure to work with Alexai and Hendrick Lexus. I purchased a used Ford Explorer and expected the process to be unpleasant. It was not AT AL It was a pleasure to work with Alexai and Hendrick Lexus. I purchased a used Ford Explorer and expected the process to be unpleasant. It was not AT ALL! Alexai was laid back, honest, and communicative as the buying process was prolonged because the car needed paint repair. I'd highly recommend this dealership and Alexai, regardless of what type of car you are buying! More

Will never buy from Hendrick again. Worst dealer sales Experience I've ever had. Once they have your money good luck getting any service or even a returned call or response to an email. Made an appointment for a test drive on a used 2015 Avalon. When we got there had to wait 30 minutes before we could see the car. They were "Cleaning it up" They brought it out of the service area running so it would "cool off" yeah it was a hot day. Bought the car as it met my requirements but the next 3 days it wouldn't start without a jump. I replaced the battery myself since the dealer was 50 miles away. The one call I did get through to the Salesman he spoke to the sales manager and they agreed to pay for the battery and would send me a check. That was 2 months ago and they won't return my calls nor have I seen a check. More

Worst sales team...ever. The absolute WORST sales team in existence. I tried for three days to look at a particular car, only to have them cancel each time and reschedule for The absolute WORST sales team in existence.
