A very pleasant buying experience This is the second car I've purchased from Hendricks Lexus in the last year and both times have been a fairly painless experiences. That is saying a lot for me because I hate the car buying experience. But this was a joy compared to most past experiences at dealers. We negotiated some but there wasn't the usual, long drawn out back and forth dance you do with dealerships where they try to wear you down and insult your intelligence. They were very fair with me on our trade in and the financing was done "in house" and was taken care of in reasonable time. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll probably start looking here first, next time I go car shopping. More

Top notch customer service I took my car in due to a recall notice. While there they also fixed 2 items that they found thatv were under warranty. Most car sales people look at someone entering their showroom as "a sale possibility" instead of a customer. We entered the Hendrick Lexus Shawnee dealership and were greeted by Jon Catt and Kyle Turnbull who immediately impressed us with the fact that they were more interested in "listening" to our wants and needs than they were in just selling us a car. We weren't just a possible sale, we were a "customer". After the sale, were impressed by April Biehl (sales director) and in the Executive General Manger, Nick Karras both taking time to make sure we were treated like we wanted to be treated. Upon delivery of our car, we met Dr. Tom Trillin who was incredibly excited about showing us all the new technology features in our new car - he was amazing! We visited five car dealerships just to see what was available in new cars that we might like - no other dealership (PEOPLE) took as much time and showed a genuine desire to help us as Hendrick Lexus in Shawnee.
