He was never pushy, very informative, extremely patient with us putting car seats in different vehicles to test drive, and didn’t make me feel bad for checking out all of my options before buying. We ended up finding the exact color scheme we liked at the South branch. Rick, Sam, April, and Jordan were all very helpful closing the deal. Normally there is a lot of back and forth on price, and that wasn’t the case at all! It was a 10 minute discussion on price, and it was done! Our kids definitely appreciated the endless supply of yummy snacks and drinks! We got a fair value for our trade as well as a good deal on our new vehicle! It is hard spending money, and they understand that...so they even threw in all weather floormats for us! Once the purchase was complete, Greg did a very thorough job explaining the new vehicle to us! He even paired my phone to the car and set up our garage door opener. I don't ever want to talk about "car payments", just want to talk ultimate price of the car as it is my responsibility to figure out the payment aspect and they were very accommodating of this. Many dealerships like to talk down to you and try to only discuss payments and Hendrick was not like that at all. Only issue is that paperwork seemed extremely cumbersome even though it was all electronic. Can't some of that be consolidated? More

Told the manager I'd wait until after the first of the year to avoid 2019 property tax and he made a "snarky" comment! I repeatedly said, "we don't want this vehicle because it doesn't have the options were looking for!" I finally gave him the scenario, "so if you and your wife go out and build a 1 bedroom house, but have 3 kids, would you be happy with that?" He rudely said, "it's not the same thing!" Steer clear, they want to brag on themselves instead of letting you pick your own vehicle out! More

One of the top sales persons, Alexai Dowell, followed up with an emailed video, walking me through the various aspects of my chosen vehicle.
