These guys do not want to sell cars! I have tried to work with this dealer to purchase Certified, Pre-ownd or lease new Lexus RX350. However, my sales experience has been the worst of any I have tried to work with this dealer to purchase Certified, Pre-ownd or lease new Lexus RX350. However, my sales experience has been the worst of any dealership in Kansas City Metro to date. These guys do not know how to sale and do not seem to need the business; not enough to earn it. I waited around on the lot for 15 mins after Wife providing drivers license to test drive a car that never showed up. Left dissatisfied but still called back and tried to make a deal; sales team have no ability to negotiate nor desire to work to earn your besiness. The internet sales team specifically are inept. Qoute "Market Value" like everyone does not have TrueCar, KBB, etc. at our fingertips and know exactly what cars are worth and available in the area. My Wife really wanted another Lexus, but at this point, I will be giving Baron BMW my business. They are hungry try and earn and keep your business. If you must have an Lexus, I'd advise you seek a dealership in a nearby City and not deal with Hendrick. More
