Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially that Technologies Specialist that looks just like a younger female version of me (full disclosure, she's my daughter). That Afnan fella was pretty darn friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable too. And your service department looks completely unreal, are they really repairing cars back there? It's too clean! Every shop I've ever seen is covered with much grease, and so are the service technicians! But not yours, you could eat off the floor, and your techs had on clean uniforms, too. How is this possible? And then there was the F&I experience. The desktop paperless giant iPad on Melanie's, our F&I person, desk was straight out of Star Trek! What is this sorcery?!?!?
