Then there was Dr. Tom who not only educated me on my first Lexus, but I had the opportunity of working with him on the second one as well. He sat patiently with me and answered all my many questions. Never thought I would have to take a class to learn about a car, but if you do, Dr. Tom is the man. And last but certainly not least, Justin C in the Service Department. I so appreciate him. He's honest and tells me what he thinks about whatever issue. We purchased the Oil Plan so I just come in and get my oil changes, filter change or whatever, but I know Justin is going to take care of me. I truly appreciate him. I love my Lexus. I had the first one a while and the only problem I had was a nail, so once decided, it was easy to choose the Lexus the second time and at Hendrick Lexus in Merriam.
