Dr. Tom has helped me for the past 6 years starting with my 2013 ES up to my 2019 LS as well as giving my family incredible service. I was beyond impressed when I recently purchased a LS 500. Dr. Tom spent so much time with me going trough all of the menus and different options, and there are a lot on the LS, to ensure I know what everything does. He continues to make himself available to me for random questions about things that I forgot. He is definitely a key person to this dealership's success. For this purchase, I worked with Shayla Bates. Initially, I just went in to see what kind of a deal they would be willing to make on an LS 500. They gave me more than I was expecting for my trade and matched where I wanted to be on the price of the new car. She was very easy to work with, and I absolutely love the LS 500 I purchased. More
