He knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle I was test driving and even took me on a test drive in a different vehicle he thought would be a good fit for me. He was also incredibly nice and friendly and really helped make the experience an extraordinary one. Peter Clark, in sales also helped me with my deal and did everything he could to make sure I got cut a good deal on the SUV I was buying. And last but certainly not least, Laura Voss in finance helped me with getting my car loan. She made the process incredibly easy and was hilarious and truly made the not so fun part of buying a car - a fun one. She was fast and efficient. Overall my experience was amazing and the staff truly went above and beyond for me in so many ways and I am incredibly appreciative. Lease purchase When I leased my Lexus ES-350 three years ago the sales person mis-led me on the future purchase price of the car. He said it would be $20,000+/- and When I leased my Lexus ES-350 three years ago the sales person mis-led me on the future purchase price of the car. He said it would be $20,000+/- and when I was got home and reviewed the paperwork, the purchase price was $25,000+/-. They also charged me for side molding that I did not get and sold me a service agreement that was already covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Then when I went to purchase the car once my lease was up, they mis-led me on the purchase price again and the interest rate of the loan. I will never buy another car from Hendrick Lexus and I will go elsewhere for my service if possible. More
