Asma is extremely hardworking, diligent, dedicated and approachable. She spent hours and hours with me trying to find me the vehicle i wanted. That being said we went to this dealership on a family members referral having purchased several new Lexuses. The Sales Manager Mike should be employed at Kia dealer used car lot, not a high end Luxury Dealership! Anthony the Finance person really should seek employment else where! As soon as we told him we were not buying any extended warranties his whole demeanor changed! Didn’t even say thank you!! Buying a new car for my wife should have been fun and memorable!! Ask for Alexander and Lora the other finance person, if you plan on purchasing at Hendricks Lexus!! More

Excellent Experience! I contacted a number of Lexus dealers, but Shayla Bates at Hendrick Lexus was the only one to get back to me, and I was extremely lucky to deal with t I contacted a number of Lexus dealers, but Shayla Bates at Hendrick Lexus was the only one to get back to me, and I was extremely lucky to deal with them - even though it was a 3 hour drive to get there. I purchased a 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. I LOVE it. Shayla Bates and Peter had exactly the car I was looking for waiting for me when I arrived. My salesman, Peter Clark, was very knowledgeable and helped with all the options on the car. Dr. Tom Trillin, the Delivery Specialist, spent a lot of time teaching me about the car. He never rushed me, was an expert in his knowledge of the car, and he did not mind going over a couple a things again when I asked. Regarding the car, I LOVE it! I traded in my Mercedes for the Lexus. The Lexus Is very intuitive and easy to use. It rides like a dream, and I am enjoying all the options, such as the Heads Up display. I strongly recommend Hendrick Lexus of Kansas City. More
