I've always been extremely satisfied with the service department at Hendrick in KC. The ease in setting appointments and the amenities in their waiting area are top notch. Best Keep Secret (Kansas City) It’s not often that I set down and submit a review for any service(s) that I have received over the years. (Can you guess how many?) If I do 1 review before I die this must be the one. I have purchased allot of cars, trucks over my lifetime. To give you an idea of how many dealerships I have worked over the years. Here is a list of just a few of the cars, there were Z-28’s, Rally Sports, Corvettes, then there were all of those BMW’s “18” (first M3 in Kansas City) 325’s, 528’s and 530’s and let’s not forget the Datsun 240z, 300’s. Almost forgot the Nissan Murano’s. Which brings me to my current crop of cars. What I am trying to say I have purchased over 40 cars in lifetime. But no dealership in my lifetime has ever provide the level of service(s)customer care and friendliness that I have had received from Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. Yes, we all know that living in Kansas City, affords us the luxury 2 Hendrick Lexus dealerships. I have purchased Lexus’s from both, that said the south store does not even come close to the level of care (purchasing) that the North store has provided and still does today. That was validated again last week when I had purchase a new Rx350. So do yourself a favor; purchase your next Lexus from the Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North when you get that itch to buy something new, not only will you save money on dealership fees (half of what they are from the south store) there is a fantastic staff at the Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. Do yourself a favor make the drive and visit with staff, too get you started let me provide you with the names of the of just a few that dealt with Lance Swenson, Hayden Walker, Corey Goff and be sure to say hello to April Biehl (She Loves the attention!). You will not be disappointed! More
