Lease purchase When I leased my Lexus ES-350 three years ago the sales person mis-led me on the future purchase price of the car. He said it would be $20,000+/- and When I leased my Lexus ES-350 three years ago the sales person mis-led me on the future purchase price of the car. He said it would be $20,000+/- and when I was got home and reviewed the paperwork, the purchase price was $25,000+/-. They also charged me for side molding that I did not get and sold me a service agreement that was already covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Then when I went to purchase the car once my lease was up, they mis-led me on the purchase price again and the interest rate of the loan. I will never buy another car from Hendrick Lexus and I will go elsewhere for my service if possible. More

The Sales Manager connected me with a wonderful Sales Person who knew his cars and provided answers to questions I hadn’t yet thought of. When the car I was interested in purchasing wasn’t in their stock they found what I wanted and kept me appraised of the process until it was located. Upon deliver, the Lexus Delivery Specialist explained the technology, which I was a bit intimidated by, so it was easy to understand and remember.
