Great Service, Great People, COVID -19? I brought in my NX300h for regular maintenance. The staff was ready for me at the appointed time, I was greeted and given room in a roomy and modernl I brought in my NX300h for regular maintenance. The staff was ready for me at the appointed time, I was greeted and given room in a roomy and modernly styled waiting area with free drinks and food. My car was completed in less time than I anticipated. The gentleman who attended to me came to the waiting room, handed me my completed paperwork and I was on my way back out. A pleasant and professional service experience as I have come to get used to it by the Hendrick team. However I was somewhat surprised by the inconsistent implementation of social distancing. While my advisor wore a face mask all the time (I am wearing one), I saw other associates not doing so. Some customers in the waiting area wore facemasks and some didn't. I understand that those are not legal requirements at this time, and people have different levels of concern being exposed to COVID-19. But I would have hoped that the team would default to the safe side of the spectrum of protection, respecting those customers with the highest concern, and wear facemasks all the time. Other than that, again a great service experience. More

All my questions were answered and everyone was willing to spend adequate time with me. The various options were outlined and explained well. The delivery was easy and the orientation was great. Dr T did a masterful job of demonstrating the features. His knowledge of the vehicle was mind boggling. Marco, Anthony, Kyle and Michael all help with getting all the details lined up so that the process was easy and quick. More
Had the most amazing experience today at Hendrick Lexus. Brandon Ryan, the sales manager was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership happy and in the perfect vehicle for me. Shannan Roberts, on the sales floor, helped me out with my test drive. He knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle I was test driving and even took me on a test drive in a different vehicle he thought would be a good fit for me. He was also incredibly nice and friendly and really helped make the experience an extraordinary one. Peter Clark, in sales also helped me with my deal and did everything he could to make sure I got cut a good deal on the SUV I was buying. And last but certainly not least, Laura Voss in finance helped me with getting my car loan. She made the process incredibly easy and was hilarious and truly made the not so fun part of buying a car - a fun one. She was fast and efficient. Overall my experience was amazing and the staff truly went above and beyond for me in so many ways and I am incredibly appreciative. The process was smooth and easy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new or new to you car. The staff and service here are truly second to none. I’ll definitely be back for all of my future purchases. More
