I’m a 65 year old Disabled Female Veteran who had the Disadvantage of Taking my Car To Hendrick’s Lexus in Merriam on Yesterday 10-26-2021. My Today Service Advisor’s was Craig Rossman because my Regula Disadvantage of Taking my Car To Hendrick’s Lexus in Merriam on Yesterday 10-26-2021. My Today Service Advisor’s was Craig Rossman because my Regular Advisor Ramon was Off Work on Yesterday! This was an Horrendously Extremely Disappointment,Unprofessional, Unfortunate Experience for Me. Then Sheldon porter guy began looking for someone to help me and Craig said he would accept the TASK, Of Being My Advisor for the Day! Craig checked me in and showed me to the Lounge. After a Couple of hours like I had been informed Craig took his Client to his Office and Informed me that I Would Be Next. I waited about 10-12 minutes and went back to where Craig’s Office was and stood by the Desk In The Middle of the Room! Craig finished his Client and motioned to me that I was next, And I Smiled! Another Porter Guy said a Lady was looking for Ramon and needed help! Craig LOOKED AT ME, Told the New Lady Customer to come into his Office and be seated, Gave the Porter Guy my KEYS and asked him to Bring Me My Car! CraigWent Into His Office And Never Spoke To Me Again. I immediately asked for Chris Clark and no one knew who I was TALKING ABOUT! I’m Still Devastated! I do Understand that sometimes we must Multitask, But I was Completely Disrespected, Treated Unprofessionally, Discourteous and With No Compassion! I was treated like A Red-Headed Step Child! I Received No Invoice, No Paperwork, Nothing Was Explained To Me about My 5,000 Miles Warranty Checkup, At All! This was Infuriating To Me and I am still Upset! I have never missed a Payment On My Lexus and I have SPENT A GREAT DEAL Of Money, Making It Stand Out In A Crowd! This Behavior of My Supposedly Assisting Advisor Was INHUMANE! Hendrick’s Lexus has about 8-10 Service Advisor’s and A Manager! I feel that Multitasking should be a day to day ORDEAL, Because Someone Always Has A Day Off! I PRAY That THIS IS A TEACHING MOMENT! Buyer You Will Not See That SALESMAN or LADY AGAIN, GET A GOOD SERVICE ADVISOR because HE OR SHE is worth their WEIGHT IN GOLD! Hendricks Lexus Should Strive To Make Every Customer FEEL VALUED! All Money Is Green, I Value My Money and I Want To Be VALUED AS A CUSTOMER! Don’t kick me to the CURB and Displaced Me With Another Customer! That Another Colleague Could Have Helped Or you Could Have Just ASKED HER TO WAIT. Showed her to the Waiting Room and Gave her Your Card, And Told Her She Was NEXT! WHO CARED ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS, I DESERVED THE SAME PROFICIENCY and PROFESSIONAL CARE THAT WAS EXHIBITED TO THIS CUSTOMER! More
