I purchased my Lexus RX350 2 years ago and Craig Rossman has been my service advisor. Part of the reason I purchased a Lexus was because of goods things I had heard about the service experience, i.e. clean has been my service advisor. Part of the reason I purchased a Lexus was because of goods things I had heard about the service experience, i.e. clean facilities, beautiful waiting room and great customer service. It's been a real pleasure to take my SUV for service and Craig is really the best. It's a great vehicle as I've had no problems with it, so it's just been in for its annual maintenance.
